About this apartment rental
La Bohème is a lakefront semi detached villa which delivers wondrous views and a chance to sample life in a typical Italian village. It is characterized by its proximity to the lake, which the French would describe as “pied dans l’eau”.
On the ground floor the sitting room and the dining room with a kitchenette are located in a large room, divided into two parts by an elegant wooden arch . The sleeping area is located in the inner part of the apartment, ensuring privacy and silence; There is a large double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and another smaller single bedroom. The furniture is manifactured by a very famous Italian firm.
La Bohème also offers two large bathrooms with a dressing room, which contributes to the privacy of the bathrooms.
Upstairs, you can enjoy a large living room, a private bedroom with large balcony on the lake and a private bathroom with a separate private entrance.
The villas also offers car parking for 3 cars, direct access to the lake and free use of kajaks and bycicles.
Village life comes with the usual sounds , because the villa is situated in the centre of the village. Within a 2 minutes walk, a lakeside restaurant serve up typical Italian dishes and pizzas.. Just 300 yards away is a boat service with motorboats for hire. The bus stop is 80 yards away, while boats and hydrofoils leave and arrive from the landing stage, 200 yards away.
Sitting under the patio and in the garden you will enjoy all the beauty of Lake Como and its mountains, while tasting a bottle of wine or a typical dish of the Italian cuisine.
Tourist tax of 1.5€ per person per night is included in the rent.
Heating is not included, if necessary.
Pets are considered on request, with an extra fee.
Smoking is allowed in the garden and on the balcony.

Host was wonderful! Very accommodating and extremely friendly. Home was lovely with the most beautiful view and wonderful garden. We picked fresh figs off the tree in the morning. A very pleasant stay.

Stayed with 3 friends and parents and had a wonderful stay. The upstairs apartment was gorgeous and the entire property was very spacious. The views were unmatched. So glad we got to stay and explore in lezzeno vs the other busier towns. Although there was no air conditioning, I never felt warm with the breeze from the lake even though the outside temperature was in the 90s. Mattia and his mother were so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Mattia met us and was so friendly and we were enchanted to know this was her childhood home. So thorough by explaining everything. Had a great little book about the area and all the wonderful options to fully enjoy our stay. Loved the location and her home! The lake and the beautiful views were awesome-even swans, ducks visited! Lezzeno is the perfect location-access to ferries, restaurants, local markets and all the local amenities! We had the best time relaxing and enjoying all the fun activities on the lake. We would love to come back!

we were in town for a family wedding and it was perfect. Lezzano is a very small town and the pace is perfect to just relax. Several restaurants and markets are within walking distance. This was the perfect stay for our trip. The host is very responsive and kind.
