About this house rental
Splendid stately home directly on the lake, private garden and veranda from which you can enjoy an exceptional view of the central stretch of the lake. Interior with fine finishes, divided on two levels. The first living area with kitchen, lounge and bathroom. French windows leading directly onto the veranda and garden. On the first floor the main double bedroom facing the lake with parquet flooring and a master bathroom. Two other bedrooms, one double and one twin, with shared bathroom. Internet WIFI available. Charming and quiet location overlooking the center of the lake. Ideal location for excursions and visits both to the most beautiful places on the lake, Bellagio Cernobbio, Varenna, Menaggio, and to the splendid villas located on the lake.

Giovanni's property is amazing! Lots of space over two floors, and a garden area that goes right to the edge of the lake!!
Four of us stayed there and had plenty of room to spread out. The spacious living room included a smart TV and a dining area, though it was much nicer to sit outside on the patio or on the loungers in the garden.
There were also paddle boards and kayaks to use, though these seem to be shared with a couple of other apartments.
Giovanni was very responsive and a great host. The directions were easy to follow and check in was simple. We had a problem with the hot water on our first morning, but he came out immediately to fix it even though it was a Sunday morning.
A great spot for a perfect, relaxing holiday.

Perfect situated at Lake Como between Como and Bellagio. Giovanni and his wife are very nice and the communication is very fast (personal and via SMS). The garden is direct at the lake and there are several kajaks etc. The seaview is like a postcard photo! The house was very clean and perfect for 7 persons (3 bathrooms). The kitchen was very good equipped. Thanks Giovanni!!!
