Comfort with Style

Avra Comfort rooms is a lovely boutique style accomodation in a quiet location 200 metres from the beach in Nea Potideia. The accomodation is very comfortable, very clean and very stylish. It is decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout creating a very chilled and comfortable place from which to explore Potideia and its surrounding villages. The balcony was lovely with stylish patio furniture and a place to hang washing out to dry. You can choose to vary eating out between the little town of Potideia just 300 metres away where there are a few restaurants/bars or the beachfront where can be found some more bars/ restaurants and areas for family entertainment. Zoi our host was friendly and lovely to deal with and was very responsive to our every need. The photos do not do it justice because it looks better in real life. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Nea Potideia.

Clean, big room

The apartment(2 separate rooms) and studio(one single big room) on the Booking site seems to be the same and it is going to pose a problem when checking in, if you prefer the double room. The rooms are very clean, equipped with almost everything you might want. Modern furniture, clean bathroom, huge refrigerator with separate freezer. Air conditioning, TV, very good internet speed.

We booked an apartment(2 separate rooms) but when we checked in we were informed that it is the studio apartment(one single big room). The host was kind to change it when it became available, but I asked to settle this issue on the Booking.com site, as the pictures are misleading. Parking is done on the nearby streets - lateral parking, no issues for us, but might not be so appealing to others

Zoe was very friendly, and let us check in 2 hours earlier plus she was happy to let us have a late check out. On my request she provided an additional baby cot making our stay very pleasant.

A minute away from the beach

The room was so clean and so nicely arranged. The kitchen is fully equipped, so basically food is all one needs to bring. The neighborhood is quiet, so rest is granted. And above all, the beach is less than a 100 m way.

Juste parfait !

L'emplacement est idéal, très proche de la plage. Le personnel est très chaleureux et accueillant, nous avons même reçu une carte avec les restaurants à tester.

Wunderbar & erholsam!

Es ist alles wunderbar sauber sowie sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Es hat eine kleine Küche inkl. der wichtigsten Küchengeräte. Es liegt gleich am Meer, welches innert paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Das Apartment liegt dennoch in einer ruhigen Umgebung! Die Gastgeber sind äusserst nett, hilfsbereit und man kann in Deutsch mit ihnen sprechen. Hervorzuheben ist nochmals die Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber, da sie meine Schwiegermutter in die nächste Apotheke gefahren haben, damit sie ihr Medikament gespritzt erhalten kann! Danke vielmals dafür🩷!
