Fantastic house with incredible sunset views

Beautiful, newly renovated and very well-equipped house, in a quiet area. It's just a few steps from the beach, located on a little hill, with incredible sunset views over the Aegean Sea and Mount Olympos. The host is extremely friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!!!

If you are looking for a calm and private place for holidays with your family or friends the 2SEA LOFT NEA POTIDEA Chalkidiki is the best choice you can do. House (loft) is situated on a mild hill really close to a private beach and offers a wonderful sea view. We enjoyed morning coffee from our own patio. The property is surrounded by a fence so our 2,5y old kid could freely play around on a private slide and swing which is on the property. The kitchen equipment offers everything you need. We were welcomed by the owner with fresh fruit and local pastry. The beds were comfortable and the place was in a quiet location so you can afford profound sleep. We would be more than happy to go back to this location again.

Perfectly furnished loft with beautiful views fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, outdoor windows shades 👍. The owner Stella was kind and always willing. The loft is in a quiet place. We were mostly alone on the beach in front of the loft (private sunbeds, chair and sunshade were on the beach. We were here with our doggy 🦮, and we enjoyed it. We would love to come back here again. ❤️❤️❤️.

Magnificent

What if you had all of the Aegean Sea? This place felt like this emotion for us. We are four people family and we fell in love with this place. And the view...It is magnificent. By the way, you will stay middle of the olive trees. 2 Sea Loft (the property) is located beginning Kassandra peninsula. You can easily access it from this location to everywhere in the Halkidiki. Stella (The owner) was very kind and helpful during our stay. She offered to us a lot of beaches and restaurants. We highly recommend 'Ta Kastra' restaurant. İn short, we loved every piece of this house.

Relaxing vacation in a really beautiful place

Our stay at 2sea Loft was absolutely great! The property is very nicely and modern decorated, comfy, very clean, with a kitchen that has everything you would need. The loft has an amazing terrace from where you can enjoy the views over the sea and the sunset in the evening. Another thing that we liked is the beach that is just in front of the house. From the garden, you only need to make a few steps..and it's done, you are on the beach. The beach is pebbly near the shore, but has also fine sand in the upper side. We were there with our 4 years old boy and this wasn't an issue. We recommend to have aqua shoes with you. Bonus you will have the beach for yourself, just a few other people around, in the far distance. The property is pet friendly :-). The owner, Miss Stella is an amazing host! She was very kind during our entire stay. Always asking if everything is OK, gave us many restaurants, beaches and attractions suggestions. Upon our arrival she offered us an welcome basket, on other days she brought ice cream for our little boy and Greek sweets for us, which we enjoyed very much. Thank you, Miss Stella! Hope to see you again on another occasion!

Die Unterkunft hat eine grandiose Lage mit tollem Meerblick. Das Haus ist in einem neuwertigen Zustand, alles funktioniert einwandfrei, war tipptopp sauber Unsere Vermieterin, Stella hat sich reizend um uns gekümmert und war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat mit wertvollen Tipps unseren Urlaub bereichert.

Ein Traumhaus in Traumlage

Küche mit allem drum und dran ausgestattet (sogar Geschirrspüler), beschattete Terrasse, das Meer direkt vor der Türe, Sandstrand. Die Gastgeberin Stella hat uns für die Ankunft ein paar Snacks bereitgestellt, hat uns noch Restaurant- und Einkaufstipps gegeben und war zur Stelle, wenn man sie gebraucht hat. In 2 Minuten ist man direkt am Strand, wo man auch einen eigenen Sonnenschirm mit Liegen hat. Die Aussicht ist ein absoluter Traum.

Das einzige was uns gestört hat war die Musik, die man jeden Abend ab ca. 20:30 Uhr von den umliegenden Hotelanlagen gehört hat. Auf Terrasse hat man überhaupt nicht sein können, es war viel zu laut. Drinnen hat man die Musik selbst bei TV oder eigener Musik deutlich wahrgenommen, insbesondere den Bass. Das hat wirklich sehr gestört und ging jeden Abend bis 23 Uhr.

Eine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen in der einem nichts fehlt und man sich wie zu Hause fühlen kann.

Bereits vor dem Antritt unserer Reise, hatten wir sehr freundlichen Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Bei Ankunft wurden wir von ihr freundlich empfangen ! Zudem stand für uns Obst, Gebäck und Wasser bereit. Zur Wohnung/zum Haus wurde uns schnell alles wichtige erklärt und wir bekamen von der Vermieterin noch ein paar lokale Tipps. Bei Problemen wäre sie jeder Zeit erreichbar gewesen. Die Unterkunft sah wie hier beschrieben aus: sehr modern eingerichtet, super sauber, Klopapier, Handtücher, Gewürze, Poolring etc. waren vorhanden, alle Geräte (Ofen, Klima, Kaffeemaschine etc.) funktionierten, der Ausblick aufs Meer war ein Traum. Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche rochen sehr gut. Die Unterkunft würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Man sollte sich auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten um die Gegend erkunden zu können und einkaufen zu fahren (Die Vermieterin gibt hierzu gerne Tipps). Der super nahe Strand ist mit Liegen ausgestattet. Da der Strand jedoch von niemanden „gepflegt“ wird liegen dort recht viele Pflanzen und ggf Müll herum - wir sind meist an die anderen vielen Strände gefahren.
