Very close to the sea

Very bad for this money

Apartment has very well equipment kitchen, mini-fridge is new and very nice. Street windows and doors have mosquito net. Bedroom and main room not big but really comfy and stylish. Easy parking near apartment, good location near the supermarket and restaurants. Host speaks English.

The building itself is really old. It wouldn't be a problem if owner put some investment on it, but she didn't do that. Wi-Fi barely working (approx 2 Mbit/s), impossible to use. Also no mobile connection inside the building, probably because of big walls. If you stay here, you will not have ANY COMMUNICATION. Terrace is nice and small, but it looks on the restaurant, might be noisy. A/C very old. There is no curtain in the shower, there is also no any small shampoo/body lotion. Shower room is not small, that's cool, but there is only one small light bulb near the sink - looks like horror game. Beach is amazing and right in front of the apartment - but you can't swim there because of sharp rocks, need to go on another beaches. It either needs to be invested in or the price needs to come down. I've travel in Greece a lot, for 70 EUR/night you can get a nice room, but not here.

Clean, enough space for a medium-large family, very close to the beach (with somewhat direct view), lots of parking spaces in front (on the street), balcony, AC, WIFI, TV. A good deal for medium budgets.

Nice rooms, nice host and good location

Location was great, close to the beach, but far from the noise of the main street. The host was super friendly and spoke English very well. Good value for money.

A bit more mosquitoes because of the green area in the middle of the complex but that can't be helped :) Getting some mosquitoes repellent spray is a must and the host was kind enough to leave the electrical devices that repel mosquitoes in the rooms.

Calm, cozy place, really close to the clean beach, supermarket and a couple of Greek taverns. The hostess is very kind and polite.

Lagom stor lägenhet med fin balkong i bra läge. Slitet men charmigt och rent till bra pris.

Härligt boende som passa oss perfekt för några nätter i Nea Potidea. Lägenheten har perfekt läge, nära strand, affärer och restauranger. Lägenheten är lite sliten men charmig och ren! Området är lugnt och utsikten från balkongen var härlig.

Jag hade uppskattat två nycklar eftersom mitt resesällskap valde att göra olika saker under dagar och kvällar. Jag hade förväntat mig handtvål i badrummet. Det fick vi köpa själva vilket kändes lite snålt.
