Stay at this hotel! It's a bit pricey but worth it!

Absolutely fabulous hotel in a prime location at San Francisco airport. It even has its own stop on the SFO Airtrain. The management has thought of every comfort. I especially appreciated the friendliness of the very knowledgeable check-in staff.

Amazing

I absolutely loved my stay at the Grand Hyatt at the airport. The hotel was spotless, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The highlight of my experience was the front desk manager — she went above and beyond to help me with my luggage and made sure I reached the terminal smoothly. She was genuinely kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. Excellent job on hiring such a wonderful team member!

Good airport location

Convenient location with the airport with direct access from the airtrain. Very comfortable - but we were there literally 5 hours due to a cancelled flight.

The bar and restaurant were closed (it was after 11pm) but we were able to get something from the 24 hour snack bar in the lobby.

It was convenient and a nice hotel but the restaurant needs a lot of help

Location, clean and up to date, comfortable bed

The dinning experience was disappointing. San Francisco is known for their great sourdough bread but the bread they served were hard nuggets that were inedible. The dinner was mediocre but the worst part was the servers wore ugly black plastic gloves the whole time! It was so gross and definitely no guarantee that they are clean. It’s supposed to be fine dinning or at least decent.

High end hotel that did everything right. From a fast, polite check-in, to beautiful well thought out rooms. I loved the Nespresso coffee in room, the great gym and floor to ceiling windows stretching the length of my room with a beautiful sunset view.

Stress-free luxurious layover stay.

Location. Very convenient for a layover. The stay was great. It is a bit of a luxury for a layover stay, but traveling with family, it does take a lot of the stress and tiredness away from the long traveling. Had the A La Carte breakfast, although a bit on the pricey side, but considering the hotel star rating it is reasonably priced. The food though, tasted very good. The fried rice was one of the best fried rice this side of the ocean that we have tasted. Authentic! The room was clean, large bathroom, quite room, and all in all, a great stay. The check in process was quick, and the staff was friendly. The 24-hour market was handy, as they have a good selection for those late night snacking.

Nothing. For a layover stay, couldn't have asked for better. Being at the airport allowed for a later wakeup time, which was crucial for de-stressing.

We had an appointment for our Global Entry interview. Super convenient and luxurious!

We had a global entry interview in the morning so I flew into SFO the night before and met my husband who drove up from our home. We had a wonderful dinner at Quail & Crane. After a restful night, got up early and easily completed our interview.

Best Airporf Hotel I've Encountered Anywhere

I appreciated that the hotel gave clear instructions on how to find it in the terminal. Most hotels totally ignore this common-sense courtesy, or don't even tell you they have a free shuttle. The room was well--appointed and didn't waste bathroom space on a useless bathtub. The bed was comfortable and the linen soft. Decent choices for upscale or casual dining, and a good wine selection.

If you are going to provide an alarm clock, make sure the room attendant turns it off after every guest.

The place we stay in Paris

I am a blind women, so I travel with a white cane. The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful and made me feel at home. The room was comfortable and food was good. The connection between the hotel and ride shares was helpful, we even caught our bus to Disneyland Paris right outside the door.

On my one restaurant. Food not good. Really really bad actually. Looks good and setting and service is fine . There is no place else to go unless take shuttle back to airport . And very expensive but that is the least of its problem!

Perfect location if you want a trip to the airport without stress. Skytrain is 2 stops from car return or 2 stops from airport and you will directly exit in the bar of the hotel for some very expensive beers!

Beers are to expensive! Like everything else btw but hey you come here for the comfort of easy airport access
