Only stayed 1 night, waiting to be refunded 3 nights.

I'm waiting for my refund. I left a message and no response.

Blamed my sister for a situation and wouldn't look at video footage to see what really occurred and how it occurred. My mom has Alzheimers and Dementia, staff needs to be trained how to be aware and deal with people that have that. At least try to be understanding how difficult it can be to try to help them understand what's happening and why.

Don't bother with the shuttle, but the hotel is very nice and a good value for an airport hotel

The room was very clean and the staff were excellent

The "free shuttle" is not really worth it, if I had known I would have just taken uber. The shuttle only runs about every hour and after traveling for almost 48 hrs the last thing I wanted to do was wait in the cold for an hour. And, the shuttle went to several other stops before this hotel and in a completely different direction, making the trip from the airport to the hotel over 30 minutes (should have been about 10 minutes)

Excellent stay

Room and facilities exceeded expectations. Beautiful courtyard with lovely sitting areas in and out. Well appointed kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, large counter space, utensils, pans etc). Heated pool. Walkable area to shopping and restaurants. Best part was very helpful and friendly staff. I was just on an international layover and stay here again if visiting area.

Near the airport UBER was available at 3:00 ( but not the free hotel shuttle which is not available from about 10 pm to 5 am) room was fine Many good places to eat nearby— we had a very good meal at Tito’s pizza nearby.

The staff were fantastic ! They went out of their way to try to accomodate any special requests I had. My room was upgraded to make it easier to handle one request. Breakfast came as part of the stay. A beautiful courtyard with seating for breakfast,doing office work or just relaxing in the sun was part of the inner courtyard of the hotels property,along with a swimming pool. The property was close to the airport and numerous restaurants.

A section of the hotel(not where I was located) was being reconstructed and the accompanying noise of the project could be heard once you were outside your room. The noise didn’t interfere with my activities,but it was part of the background noise of the hotel.

Excellent value for money in a handy location with superb staff.

The staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly, they were able to accomodate our multiple requests with no fuss. Breakfast was good. We loved the pool! And I quite enjoyed watching planes take off from our room window.

The property itself is a bit dated, but the staff more than make up for that. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Spacious room. Good kitchen area. Nice pool area.

Room was very dark. Not terribly well insulated. Tv noise through wall, noise through celling from people walking above. Not much choice of places to eat in the area.

The hotel was conveniently centrally located in a commercial area with lots of shops and eateries.

Rooms were clean, beds and pillow comfy, having a kitchenette was a plus.

The inconvenient shuttle and a noisey room were not the best

Room was nice, bed was comfy. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts. The room looked just like the photos but it didn't deliver a good night's sleep or convenience for the airport, which we needed.

The hotel's pipes were LOUD. You could hear water running and squealing pipes when neighbors showered or used the sink. It woke us up at 4:30 am and because there is a window over the sink that has no curtains, the room was too bright to go back to sleep. The "free shuttle" only ran every 45 minutes to an hour and served 4 other hotels, so it took 30 minutes to drive 1.5 miles. Don't expect to sleep great and plan accordingly if you use the shuttle.

Clean and comfy rooms, wonderful pool

Amenities and room are ones better than one has in more expensive hotels. Room was very clean and recently renovated. TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, large closet, chairs and desk. Staff were very friendly. Lovely pool and landscaping inside courtyards. Onsite sushi restaurant made our lives easier.

Location - it is close to the airport, which is what we wanted, but not much to do in the neighborhood. Mattress sank in the middle.

Amazing and affordable.

I had to book this last minute due to an overnight delay of my flight, and the price was very reasonable, so I wasn't expecting much. Instead, this was an extremely comfortable, clean, well appointed hotel. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were kind to an exhausted traveler. I wished I could have stayed longer, because the pool looked very nice, and I had to leave before breakfast. There was a bowel of fresh fruit waiting in the morning, though, and I munched my apple happily as I resumed my travels.

I have no criticism for this hotel at all.
