Very friendly staff, access to everything Westin across the parking lot, they also have nice small pool, snacks and kitchen (counter-order food), and a nice bar / relaxation area. Fun place, newer build and extremely clean. Actually very quiet even if right by SFO. Occasionally heard planes taking off but it wasn’t bad at all.

I was pleasantly surprised to have a great bed, hot shower, black out blinds, clean room, refrigerator and coffee maker, free coffee in lobby and friendly staff. All these things made my staff wonderful.

There’s no parking, the front desk staff is extremely rude, the bathroom was disgusting and took me over an hour to clean to be useable.

Mrs justin she is apparently not professional and not suitable to her title that need more professional attitude and manure with the gust service and answer to there inquiries.
I hope didn’t see her again in any customer service area she is not fit
