Nice location and nice apartment
Had to wait for an hour and a half to get the keys on arrival and we couldn't get hold of the host. Security was trying to help us but the host did not inform them ahead of time either. They only told us the day before that a R1000 security deposit needs to be paid immediately before the guest checks in. I was busy in meetings but paid it as soon as I could and emailed through the guest's phone number, but they didn't check their emails so told me they didn't have his phone number when there was a delay.
I also had to follow up for almost 3 weeks to get the R1000 security deposit back which was very frustrating. Will not use this property for a business trip again.
