Recently Renovated to the highest standing, this luxurious condo has an additional (3rd) family bathroom downstairs making this unit ideal for 2 families sharing (or a large family) and an expanded 150 sq foot ski boot room entrance with heated floors, tons of hooks, cubby's, washer and dryer, making the return from skiing comfortable and organized. In addition, this immaculate 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Trailside has spectacular sunrise views and a Jacuzzi tub on the outside deck, a modern open kitchen with island with 4 seats, an upstairs master suite with free standing tub, shower, queen bed and atrium ceiling, a 2nd master downstairs with queen bed, a 3rd bedroom with queen and sofa bed and large screen television, and a bunk room that sleeps 4. 3 full bath/shower rooms and one 1/2 bath. Top of the line large screen OLED TV's upstairs and downstairs with Apple TV and Cable TV. Private 2 minute ride on-demand shuttle (pictured) to top of Sachem Trail or 7 minute snow trail walk to South Face (some of the best trails on mountain). We bought this unit after 8 seasons renting across all of Okemo mountain since we believe it provides the best space, layout, views and location on the mountain. Perfect for 2 families. Rented only 14 days per year. No pets, or smoking allowed. Equipped with high speed internet (up to 1200 mbps package from Xfinity).

We did have some trouble getting the code to get in. The property manager should have been able to resolve this issue, but he wasn't not able to. We lost one night of our stay in the house because of this. However, the property Owner was amazing once we finally were able to reach him and the house was laid out perfectly for our family. It is not a ski on ski off property, you have to take a shuttle to get to the lift. It was easier, especially with children, to drive your own vehicle down. The only part we missed out on at the house was the hot tub. The deck and the hot tub were buried in snow. We wish this was all cleared off prior to our arrival so that we could have enjoyed the deck and hot tub at the end of a ski day!

The 1 minute on demand shuttle to the slopes makes it so easy. Highly recommend. Robert is a great host and highly responsive.
