Welcome to your private stretch of bayfront serenity. Renovated and extended in 2026 this spacious waterfront cottage was designed for gathering, relaxing and soaking in unforgettable sunsets. Start your mornings on the covered wharf with coffee in hand and watch as pelicans glide across the water. Spend afternoons fishing off the dock or taking a refreshing dip in the bay. The shallow shoreline makes it especially enjoyable for children (under supervision of course!) Please note no diving.
In the evening gather for cocktails on the spacious screened porch or the open covered porch and take in the spectacular sunsets.
The property boasts 3 separate indoor seating areas in the main cottage so plenty of space for guests to enjoy different activities. The property has a wide selection of books and games, or you may just prefer to curl up with a good book on the daybed on the breezy screened porch
For those who enjoy cooking we have a new, fully equipped kitchen with up-to-date appliances.
The cottage has a principal bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower The third bedroom has twin-beds, The hall bathroom has combined bath and shower.
The property also features a detached guest cottage with living room, a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with combined bath and shower, a refrigerator and coffee maker. PLEASE NOTE THE 4TH BEDROOM AND 4TH BATHROOM ARE IN THE DETACHED GUEST COTTAGE.
This is a perfect retreat to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the bay and the stunning sunsets. It is just 15 minutes to all the amenities of Fairhope, one of the prettiest coastal towns in the South with unique stores, galleries and restaurants.
A short drive takes you to the beautiful Grand Hotel at Point Clear one of the oldest hotels in the South where you can enjoy afternoon tea or spend a day at the luxurious spa.
Bring your boat or jet ski and make use of the public boat launch just 500 yards away from the property.

The location of the property is the best in all of Baldwin County (my opinion). The property was large and had plenty of room for parking. The lot was on the Bay which was awesome. The boathouse was our favorite part of the property. Many nights talking, fishing and crabbing were enjoyed by everyone. The house was very accommodating and the property agent made sure it was cleaned properly.
The water pressure in the bathrooms was low and the dishwasher did not work. Not a big deal breaker.
The grill and adorrondack chair should be updated.

The property needs some maintenance. These were reported to the property manager: Lights in the bathroom did not work(fixed while there), k-cup machine did not work (not replaced), moths in both units. Other things that need to be addressed: holes in the deck (needs replaced), no handrails on boardwalk, 30% of the lights were out at the boathouse, tons of junk under the small house.

This is the second year we reserved this house and two significant problems sti exist without repairs give to owner on the first visit , The air conditioning and heating is totally inadequate, Definitively does not cool or heat Thevtime ain’t there was most uncomfortable. We didefunttdo not Reccone d this house on VRBO till owners make improvements also the water pressure in both baths just trickle out, no pressure to rinse hair or bathe tw
