Parking is somewhat limited. Two vehicles can fit under the carport. You access the unit by using the stairs that are connected to the carport.
I am always available. I live minutes from the property and I am happy to help with any requests that you may have.

We have 4 bikes on site. Guests can walk to just about anywhere in town.

This property is fabulous! We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding! The location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, and walking in the downtown area. Billy is the most gracious host and left goodies for the bridal party.. cookies, coffee, wine & champagne, and snacks! The house was so well stocked with everything we needed! Billy was so easy to communicate with and checked on us every day! We would definitely recommend! Thank you Billy! We highly recommend you and your property in downtown Fairhope, Alabama!

Best location in Fairhope, no need for a golf cart. Our host,Billy, was super helpful and commutive, and ensured that we were enjoying the amenities. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and more. Simply lovely, we would stay there again without hesitation.
