Parking is somewhat limited. Two vehicles can fit under the carport. You access the unit by using the stairs that are connected to the carport.
I am always available. I live minutes from the property and I am happy to help with any requests that you may have.

We have 4 bikes on site. Guests can walk to just about anywhere in town.

We loved our visit, Billy was always responsive and such a gracious host…. We arrived with a very nice welcome package… the house was clean and very comfortable.

We had the most amazing stay! Billy was an incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful host who made us feel right at home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in the perfect location with easy access to downtown Fairhope, where there are so many delicious restaurants and fun things to do. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Fairhope. We will absolutely be back!

This is an awesome property! It’s centrally located and in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the park. We attended a wedding in Fairhope and the reception was literally across the street. It is wonderfully furnished and has everything you need. Our host, Billy, was amazing! He provided check-in instructions and ensured we arrived without issue and had nice welcoming treats for us. He was super helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here agin when we come back to Fairhope.

This property was just perfect for us! Mya husband and I traveled with our daughter and her family. The owner was so easy to work with and helpful! He left us so many fabulous treats- everything from specialty coffee, wine and homemade cookies and cake pops for the grandchildren! The house was beautiful and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and each bathroom was well appointed. We will definitely stay again and I highly recommend this home!!
