About this apartment rental
Located in the back of the property with rear street entrance, this can be 2 separate rentals. Ground floor (Pelican Perch) has 2 BR/2 BA with full kitchen, living area & dining table area. There’s a bonus small room with a small pullout bed.
The second floor is the Pelicans Nest. There is a Living Room Area, bathroom, galley kitchen with a small table and a queen bed in a rear bedroom.

Three family’s . Each family had their own private sleeping area with bath . All reported to me that they loved Pelican place and loved our lovely town of Fairhope

The property was acceptably clean. The manager was very helpful with any of our needs. Our family had a great trip. Thank you
We were disappointed that there was not a view of the bay from our site, but the walk was short to the park and bay area.
The floors were a little sandy feeling upon arrival.
There was a steady streaming leak in the main bathroom all week. They were waiting for a part.
Most items were available in the kitchen. There was a not any kettles for the stove though. There was one small casserole dish.
It would be nice to have a few more chairs at the tables. There were a total of 6 chairs for eating at tables when the condo holds 10.
It would also be nice to have more than one key for each apartment.

Had a group of 7 visiting fairhope for the 4th of July weekend. This house was very spacious for all of us and it was very clean and comfortable. Short walk to the park/beach/pier and very close to downtown. No complaints! Thanks for the wonderful weekend!
