The Space:
Perfect for a Fairhope weekend getaway or week+ family vacation, this property is located between downtown Fairhope and the Mobile Bay! Every inch of this charming coastal cottage was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and cozy stay. At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this home with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home! Standouts include screened in front porch, backyard deck and dining tables. In the kitchen, you'll find granite countertops, stovetop, granite non-stick cookware (full set), Moccamaster gourmet drip coffee maker, designer toaster oven, Chef's cutting board and knife set and more. The kitchen was outfitted by people who like to cook, and we've chosen items that we personally use and love in our own homes! Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a large 75 in latest 4K roku smart TV, and a washer and dryer! Downstairs you'll find a King bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a Twin over Twin Bunk room, both featuring hotel-quality mattresses, with pillows and linens, all hand-picked and extensively tested by our sleep-obsessed team to ensure a rejuvenating night's rest! Upstairs you will find a 2 Twin bedroom and the master bedroom that features a King bed and walk in closet. In the upstairs bathroom are spa-quality toiletries, walk in shower, and soaking tub. Sleeping arrangements (8 people total): 1 BR upstairs with King bed + 1 BR upstairs with 2 twin beds + 1 BR downstairs with King bed + 1 BR with 1 Twin Bunks (2 twin beds total)

This house is perfect for staying in Fairhope! Easily sleeps 8 (1 room is bunk beds) but we only had 4. Lots of room with 2 living spaces, and large kitchen / eating area with both a kitchen table and island. The location close to the bay is still a quick and easy walk to the downtown area. Parking out front on the street was never a problem either. It's a beautiful house, very clean and the hosts were easy and fast to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location central to shops and dining and to the Municipal pier. Quiet residential location. Nice outdoor area for morning coffee and afternoon wine sipping. Short drive to the Grand Hotel where we watched the sunset at Bucky's. Great house for a family or girls getaway weekend.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness, amount of indoor space, outdoors space, bed linens and the overall feelings of the home. This was a girls trip, 4 ladies ranging in age from 66 to 72 and all were very complimentary of the home. Thank you for an amazing, no problem getaway in Fairhope!
