There are at least 7 great restaurants within walking distance and it's a short 5-minute taxi ride to Mercato, which offers 12 notable restaurants, over 20 upscale retailers and a 12-screen premier-style theater. This beautiful gem of a rental includes unlimited golf and tennis, access to 6 different pools, a pro shop, and an active clubhouse where you can enjoy a restaurant, a fitness center, yoga, cards, line dancing, art classes, parties and many other activities. The master bedroom is equipped with a brand new king size bed and the guest room has 2 brand new twin beds. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Although we personally are animal lovers, unfortunately for the safety and comfort of others smoking and pets are not permitted.

We only rent our unit by the month, Monthly rentals include all Florida taxes and fees, the cleaning fees are also included in our monthly rental price.
