About this apartment rental
Two bedrooms, two baths with tubs and showers, 6 by 24 foot lanai with view of 11 acres of lush, tropical gardens...within walking distance of Publix and Fresh Market groceries and Walgreens drugstore and only a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from the beach... unit has 4 beach chairs, noodles and an umbrella for your use... in a neighborhood of $4,000,000 homes with safe routes for walking or running morning, day and evening and designated bike lanes... about a half a mile to outdoor, waterfront (canal) dining. Owners have a dog and a cat who are with them and all furniture is slipcovered during our 6 to 8 weeks here. In addition we use our own bed linens, but a severe pet allergy might preclude your renting of our unit.

The location is terrific! So easy to get to shops and restaurants! The resort facilities were also great--on-site restaurant, pool, pickleball!

Location is excellent and property is very comfortable. Unit has everything we needed- comfortable beds, kitchen basics and very clean while in a location in the heart of restaurants and shopping. No frills and a great value for the area, while offering every comfort we were looking for.

We had a great time staying in this unit. Everything was just as described. We had a little trouble checking in as the front desk didn’t have our reservation, but this was quickly resolved. The resort staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Note: you can put your trash in the bins by the elevator. We didn’t realize this until our last day. The blackout curtains were so good that my husband slept an entire 10 hours straight which he has NEVER done. Hoghead Harry’s was wonderful! If you want a drink poolside, don’t forget your ID for anyone that is getting an adult beverage. Our small grandchildren that live locally came to swim in the pool and had a blast!
