Quant place. Excellent location, about 10 houses from the Newport Pier, so a quick walk to shops and restaurants. There is a paved path to the Balboa Pier, allowing you to easily get in a couple of miles of walking. The kitchen is well equipped and even has some basic spices.

We had such a wonderful beach vacation. The location is amazing…right on the beach and around the corner from food, beach shops, and coffee. We would love to come back and stay at the same place! Highly recommend staying here.

Location is perfect, had the pleasure to stay in both upper and lower unit for almost a month. Both equally great. Owner was awesome….very responsive and attentive to needs. They genuinely want you to have an enjoyable stay. We will be back

Loved the location and might stay again with improvements: We would have appreciated more care in ensuring sheets, etc were washed between guests. The unit does have a washer & dryer.
Also, the upstairs neighbors patio is directly above the bedrooms. Their dog was very active one of the days.
