Perfect for families and small groups, Costa Del Sol can accomodate 7 guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms. 1 kid-friendly room with twin beds, two rooms with cozy queen beds and primary bedroom complete with a queen bed and en-suite bath with a walk in shower. A second bathroom with shower/tub combo ensures convenience for all guests.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while linens and a starter kit of households essentials are provided to make your stay effortless.
Additional features include:
Coin-operated shared laundry facility (shared with long term tenants that live upstairs)
Private garage parking for one mid-sized vehicle (additional street parking can be found in surrounding neighborhood).
Walking distance to the beach, harbor, restaurants and shops

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, well stocked and was an excellent location just steps from the beach and close to restaurants. The garage fit our midsize suv (snugly). FYI: The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. It is on a busy road so take earplugs/white noise machines because with no air conditioning you’ll want to open doors and windows. It was a dream to walk right out to the beach (beware of strong riptide currents directly down from the beach house). The location really was fantastic for us and we highly recommend it.
