Amazing flat in Madragoa

Great neighborhood, full of cool cafes and restaurants. It felt safe here. The apartment is spacious enough for two people and has everything you need for a short stay. I also liked the fact that it has a little outdoor area where you can smoke or relax.

The shower glass needs to be fixed onto the floor because right now it isn't, and it's leaking water on the bathroom floor every time you shower.

The location is great, it's central yet quiet. All the basic amenities were there and the space was clean, comfortable and cozy. The host was easy to reach through whatsapp, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommended!

Location great with easy access by bus & tram to Commerce Plaza. Size of spaces good -Kitchen & bedroom big enough for 2 people -good hot water -EXCELLENT manager Marissa -with good customer service & communication skills -kitchen has basic supplies for coffee, tea / breakfast

Constant dampness/ humidity-bathroom shower leaks water on floor due to poor drainage & shower door system not blocking the water flow, thus bottom of bathroom door damaged and bathroom floor wet after shower use. Armoire leaves à moldy smell on clothes. The street that accesses the apartment is not very clean with constant overflowing garbage cans -unsightly & unpleasant smell The apartment could certainly be so much better with some improvements-painting/ mold removal New mattresses, furniture upgrades
