Central Madragoa Flat

The flat itself was beautiful and I really enjoyed the space. It was a one-bedroom apartment with a lovely little terrace off the kitchen, and the bathroom was a good size with a decent, comfortable shower. Overall, the accommodation itself was attractive and pleasant to stay in. The location in Santos is reasonably convenient, with bus stops within walking distance and public transport available to reach different parts of Lisbon. However, I wouldn't describe it as an especially easy location for getting around. The bus stops I used generally involved around 7–10 minutes or more of walking, and the accommodation is situated up a very steep road. This is worth bearing in mind if you have mobility issues or don't enjoy walking uphill. There were a couple of practical things that could also be improved. There was no hairdryer, which may be inconvenient for guests with longer hair. Despite these points (see in the next section, what didn't you like), I had a good stay overall and really liked the flat itself. With some attention to the bathroom and a little more communication with guests, I think the experience could be considerably better.

Communication with the host was very limited. I didn't hear from them before check-in, and I had to contact them myself on the day I arrived to obtain the PIN codes needed to enter the property. There was no further communication during the stay, which wasn't a problem in terms of needing assistance, but a little more contact would have been appreciated. I also sent a message when I checked out and didn't receive a response. The main issue I feel future guests should be aware of, however, was the bathroom. During the night, when I turned on the bathroom light, I repeatedly saw multiple small bugs/insects scurrying around the floor. It wasn't just an isolated occurrence, and after a while I became uncomfortable walking barefoot in the bathroom and started wearing sandals instead. I didn't report it during my stay because I didn't want to create an uncomfortable situation, but I do think this is something the property should investigate and address, as some guests may find it particularly unpleasant.

Die Schlüssel Übergabe war unkompliziert. Habe die Straße und die Box wo die Schlüssel waren gleich gefunden. Dank der freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Gastgebern hat mir sogar erlaubt länger in der Unterkunft zu bleiben weil mein Flug am Abend war. Was ich sehr freundlich von ihr finde.War sehr zufrieden und kann es weiter empfehlen.

Der Straßenfest der die ganze Nacht war sehr laut..aber da kann die Gastgebern nichts dafür. Sie hatte mir schon geschrieben das es sehr laut wird.

La ubicación con muy buen acceso a tranvía y buses. Es un departamento perfecto para 2 personas que van a pasear todo el día y llegan a dormir.

Hi ha fong al dormitori i al bany, i no és que n'hi hagi poc. També hi ha hagut paneroles. L'estat de neteja del carrer ha estat deplorable, encara que això només és atribuïble a l'incivisme i als serveis públics. La campana extractora de la cuina està bruta. He tengut renou dels veïns. A la cuina hi podria haver més estris pràctics, com un ganivet de tallar pa.
