It is an apartment refurbished located on the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms with bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 common bathroom, 1 small balcony facing the street and one terrace.
It is located in the Parish of Mercy (before the parish of Santa Catarina) and is near the Bairro Alto, Principe Real, Chiado and Santos.
It allows accommodate up to 8 people.
It is near the Tagus River where you can easily catch transport to Bethlehem.
The rooms have a double bed and the bathrooms have a shower base.
The house has a mezzanine allowing accommodate up to 8 people (3 double beds and 2 twin beds).
It has cable TV, wi-fi and electrical appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, oven, iron, hair dryer and other small appliances. The kitchen is equipped to make meals.
Towels, bedding and amenities are included.
Our house has double glazed windows with shutters in order to prevent outside noise levels.
Tram 28 is one of the best ways to explore the history and the charm of Lisbon streets from the star to grace, passing by the main places to visit. The 28 goes to the door of the house. You do not need car.
Santa Catarina is located in the historic city center. In the surroundings there are some art galleries, several Fado houses, restaurants, bars, traditional shops, antique shops, bookstores and booksellers. The wheezing metro station is a 9-minute walk, and the Sodre pier 16 minutes.

This Lisbon apartment provided an ideal base for a short break. The location was perfect, and the apartment itself was well-maintained with adequate amenities. The main bedrooms were a good size, and the layout was practical and spacious. It's worth noting that the upstairs area might be a little restrictive for taller guests, but overall a very pleasant stay with a super helpful host.

Teresa was great! Very helpful. The apartment is beautiful. It is a very nice area, close walking to lots of restaurants, shops and main tourist sites. The apartment was quiet, the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment if you are staying is Lisboa. No complaints at all.

Apartment staircase was very steep and hard to maneuver luggage up the steps. The upstairs back bedroom had a smell that seemed like a cat odor.Was asked for 36 euros from host and was given 40 euros and didn’t bring change - additionally 1
$$$$
