The hosts are very friendly and good people. They are always on the line if needed. The house is very nice and the garden is beautiful and relaxing. The beach is very close to the property.

Everything was perfect. The property is a true paradise and the hosts - Fotis and Angeliki are really very kind and helpful and respond within minutes. Everything is perfectly clean and very well equipped. The yard is great. Kalopigado is 3 minutes away by feet and is a great beach - soft sand, clear and shallow waters, picturesque scenery. The villa provides a perfect accomodation in one of the best locations of the Halkidiki area.
If I could rate this place 20, I would :-)

- Excellent location, 3min walk from an ideal family beach
- 3 strong airco's make easy to cool the house very quickly
- Super clean
I find the owners were too stressed for receiving the house from us without any damages that they stressed us out as well specially upon arrival. Also, they had a very very detailed inspection of the house upon departure. We had no issues, but i would suggest inspecting the house with them also upon arrival and maybe taking some fotos, so to aggree what you receive and what you have to deliver.

The house is beautiful and in a fantastic location, right around the corner from the beach. There is a large garden and plenty of outdoor living space. The hosts are wonderful and spent a lot of time making sure we were comfortable, especially as we were travelling with our young daughter. We couldn’t have asked for more and we felt so welcome. Would absolutely stay again!
We loved it but worth noting that the walk into the restaurants and bars of Ammouliani is about 15-20 minutes and largely unlit so when we walked back at 8.30/9, we needed to use torches. Not a criticism of the house at all but just worth mentioning!
