Welcome to Casa Mi Sueño! This newly updated beach front luxury villa has it all. This unit is decorated in Mexican charm but with a modern beach feel. Sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez from the terrace provides a peaceful setting to enjoy a glorious sunrise, a cup of coffee or a romantic evening meal at sundown. Waking up in bed to the stunning view outside the large glass window sets this unit apart. This is the million dollar view you’re looking for and the BEST in El Zalate . It is also the closet building to the beach with unparalleled vistas and relaxing sounds of ocean waves around the clock. At night enjoy the lights along the coastline all the way down to Pamilla point. During the day relax by one of the several pools, take long walks along the beach or rest on the terrace watching for whales, marlins and stingrays breaching from the water. Just down the beach you can catch a wave or marvel at the surfers. At Pamilla beach, besides the calm swimming you can charter a small or large fishing boat. All you need to do is show up before sunrise. We also provide everything you need at the beach, including a cooler, boggie boards and Tommy Bahama umbrella and chairs.
This villa finished renovation in October 2017, it has been updated with new marble showers, all new appliances(including new outdoor grill), new beds(King/2 Queens )and furniture and the finest amenities you would find at home. The new SmartTv allows you to watch Netflix and most channels from the states . Also, listen to our new Bose sound system. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

Great view of beach and Gulf of California.Communication with owner and property management was fantastic. Well supplied condo, we had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, air conditioning worked well. Basically just as advertised and we had a great stay.

Beatifully decorated. We spent most of our time on the hugh veranda watching the whales. The elevator was conveniently right outside our front door. We loved staying in this condo and definitely would return.

We spent our days either on the balcony or poolside, and every single minute was perfect. We only ventured out a few times, the art walk, a friend's place nearby, and La Comer. Everything is close and convenient, and if you don't want to walk, getting an Uber is so easy. This was my 4th trip to San Jose and it's one of my favorite places to visit. This condo made our trip extra special. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. And I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet ocean view haven.

We enjoyed our stay at El Zalate. The unit was very well equipped, stunning view, huge deck, and very good communication with owners and the property manager. There were a few hiccups when we arrived, but Kathy sorted them out There was a downside for us as some of the reviews said that there were restaurants and shopping nearby and you could walk to a lot of places. We did not find that to be the case. There was a very small Oxxo store up a fairly steep ramp. We are seniors, one of whom is not able to walk that far. Walking off the complex is the only thing you can do or go to the beach. You can’t go to complexes on either side as the security is very tight. You have to walk along the highway to get anywhere and you had to walk on a very narrow shoulder, which cars tend to drive on too! There is a restaurant up the beach, you can walk to but you have to be physically fit. The sand is deep and it’s about a 2 block walk. Uber was not easy as they could never find us. I tried giving specific directions but none of the drivers speak English. We had to walk up to the top of the ramp to get anywhere in an Uber. There were a few days when water was turned off & they were painting on our floor on the outside for a few days. Upon arrival there was no propane for the BBQ & the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was not working. None were major but added up were inconvenient. For the cost we expected more.
