About this house rental
This beautiful house offers tranquility and consists of 2 units, the left side "Casa Amely" can accommodate up to 5 people. The living area of 110 square meters is divided on 2 levels.
Ground floor: spacious kitchen with table and chairs, sitting area, sofa bed, TV, 1 bedroom with single bed, bath / shower, WC, sink.
1. Floor: 1 very spacious room with double bed with exit to the veranda with sea view, bathroom with shower 2 sink,, bidet, WC.
Nice and very spacious garden (1000 qm.) It is in common with the other part of the house.
You can reach the property via a private road that goes from the main road (SS125). On the side is the entrance to the closed property, where you can also park your car. The airport and the port of Olbia are only 38 km away.
10 minutes drive from Budoni and only 4 minutes drive from Posada!
Many beaches are located in the neighborhood (Posada, San Giovanni, La Caletta, Santa Lucia etc.); finally, access to the 131-bis high-speed highway is very close, allowing you to move quickly to other cities (Nuoro, Olbia, San Teodoro etc.) or to other more distant tourist destinations (Gulf of Orosei, Gallura, Costa Smeralda etc.).

There are 2 separate entrances each has its own parking space.
To reach the next town Posada 4 km / Budoni 9 km you need to have the car.

Wer es ruhig haben will ist hier genau richtig!! Kurze Entfernung zum Strand, in die Stadt ca. 5 Autominuten.
In der Gegend gibt's tolle Strände!
Sehr große Terrasse.... Super Ausblick!
(auf grüne Felder und das Meer)
Schlafzimmer und Bad großzügig und sauber. Großer Garten.
Alles was man braucht war im Haus vorhanden. Ein kleines Minus bekommen nur die Kücheschränkchen.... Die haben ein bisschen gemüffelt..
Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Wenn möglich unbedingt vorher genau bzgl Mülltrennung informieren - ist ein bisschen kompliziert auf Sardinien :)
Agentur nur 1 Stern da wir keine hatten.
