About this house rental
This beautiful house offers tranquility and composed of 2 units, right side "Casa Alessio" can accommodate up to 5 people. The living area of 110 square meters is divided on 2 levels.
Ground floor: closed veranda entrance with table and chairs.
Ground floor: cozy living room with fireplace, dining table and chairs, small kitchen (with everything you need), 1 bedroom with single bed and bath / shower, WC, bidet, sink,
1 floor: two bedrooms one with 2 single beds but if desired also becomes a double
2. bedroom has a double bed and exit to the covered terrace and sea view, bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, sink)
Nice and very spacious garden (1000 qm.) It is in common with the other part of the house.
You can reach the property via a private road that goes from the main road (SS125). On the side is the entrance to the closed property, where you can also park your car. The airport and the port of Olbia are only 38 km away.
10 minutes drive from Budoni and only 4 minutes drive from Posada!
Many beaches are located in the vicinity (Posada, San Giovanni, La Caletta, Santa Lucia etc.); finally, access to the 131-bis high-speed highway is very close, allowing you to move quickly to other cities (Nuoro, Olbia, San Teodoro etc.) or to other more distant tourist destinations (Gulf of Orosei, Gallura, Costa Smeralda etc.).

There are 2 separate entrances each has its own parking space.

Wir haben eine unbeschreiblich schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Raumaufteilung und der genütliche Stil der Inneneinrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Ich habe jeden Morgen die Aussicht auf Posada, das Meer und die Berge bei einer Tasse Kaffee auf der Terrasse genossen.

Es war ein wunderbar - erholsamer und schöner Urlaub mit hervorragender Unterkunft - wo an nichts fehlte sowie eine außerordentlich nette und freundliche Vermieterin (Amanda Mulas) und stets als spitzen Gastgeberin im eigenem Restaurant (Pizzeria/ Restorante La Regina in Budoni) zugegen war. Mille Grazie. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder ! Viele Grüße und alles Gute 🍀�😘�
