About this apartment rental
Located on the ground floor of the Villa, right on the lake, the Rigoletto apartment provides great views, thanks to its large panoramic patio doors which lead onto the porch and private garden on the lake. This spacious apartment of 100 m2 has a large room with a well equipped kitchen and a spacious living room decorated with a large Naif style painting by a local artist. The sleeping area consists of a large master bedroom with connecting bathroom, two other large bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower stall. A staircase of 7 steps leads directly to the private dock of the villa and the beach. Sitting under the porch and in the beautiful garden, our guests can enjoy a relaxing vacation right “by the lake” and serve lunches and dinners in the shelter of the porch, while contemplating the deep blue waters of the lake, the green mountains, the reflections of the sunset with the sound of the waves in the background.
Tourist tax of 1.5€ per person per night is included in the rent.
Heating is not included, if necessary.
Pets are considered on request, with an extra fee.
Smoking is allowed in the garden and on the balcony.

Bellagio Villas was a great place for us to stay during our visit to the Lake Como region. The apartment is well apportioned and comfortable and the view from the patio is outstanding! We were about 20 minutes by car to Bellagio where it is easy to find parking if you go early in the day, and access the ferries to the different villages on the lake. The ferry stop located near the apartment doesn't have long-term parking so drive to Bellagio which also has more ferry options than Lezzeno.

Sitting on the patio we were 30 feet from the lake. Hard to do better. Mattia, who speaks 4 languages, met us on arrival. She gave excellent advice on restaurants.
The apartment was spacious: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen/dining/living room combined. Sit on the large sofa with doors open to the lake was serendipitous.
Bedding was ok. The apartment was Spartan in its appearance and comfort. Sofa, kitchen table with six chairs was the extent of the furniture. Modern baths and kitchen. Parking was free but difficult with steep sloping. Descent/accent to unit was difficult fir older adults. Noise from upstairs unit was waking in the morning.
Enjoyed our stay. However, sparse decor, morning noise and difficult access for two 70 year olds mean that we would choose other accommodations.

"La maison possède plusieurs appartements de vacances. L''appartement proposé étant déjà réservé, la propriétaire nous en a proposé un autre situé au RDC de la même maison. Un peu plus grand (4 chambres pour 8 personnes)et un tout petit peu plus cher. L''appartement refait à neuf était impeccable et bien équipé. Environnement privilégié en bord de lac, au calme. Superbe vue sur le lac. Agréable terrasse ombragée. Accès direct au lac pour la baignade (le fond est rocheux, prévoir des chaussures !).
Eva, la propriétaire, est très sympathique et aux petits soins pour ses vacanciers. Nous avons apprécié ses conseils pour les promenades.
Nous recommandons absolument cette adresse."
