About this house rental
This recently built home is in a prime location and steps from Dock Square – short distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Bufflehead Cove Road is located off of Rt. 35, Lower Village and the house is approximately 100 yards in off of Rt. 35. The home has been professionally decorated with four bedrooms, three baths, a large open concept living room with a state-of-the-art kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops with breakfast area and dining area, flat screen TV’s, sonos sound system, hardwood floors throughout, and a mudroom entrance, deck and fire pit with adirondack chairs over looking a pond.
The four bedroom house sleeps 8: the second floor has a master suite with a King bed and separate bath with duel head shower and soaking tub. Additional bedrooms: two with a queen beds and one with Twin beds. There is also a washer/dryer in one bathroom. Flat screens tv and high speed wireless internet throughout.
Parking passes for Kennebunk beach are also provided as well beach chairs.

Yes, it is a beautiful home with everything you could need but a good nights sleep. Be aware the mattresses in all rooms fall short of minimum standards.
Considering the nightly cost of this rental the mattresses should be of the highest quality but far from it. Even the twin beds that my adult brother used were poor at best. Not only were the king/queen mattresses so hard that they creaked with every move(sounds like rusted springs). The other homes rented for the wedding commented how comfortable their mattresses were. When I asked a family member visiting from another rental to come sit/lie on our mattress the response was OMG.
