About this house rental
Welcome to this spacious home located less than 1 mile to Dock Square Kennebunkport and about 1.5 miles to the beach! Just a short walk from the restaurants and shops. Beach pass provided! Relax on the farmers porch or outback by the fire pit. This home has a step free ramp located out back that goes directly into a first floor bedroom suite with a fully accessible bathroom. On the first floor you will find a well equipped kitchen, living room w/gas fireplace and a smart TV, half bathroom, dining room, and a bedroom suite. Walk upstairs to find 3 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Located about a 2 minute walk is the access point for the Butler Preserve. This peaceful trail leads to a large boulder known as Picnic Rock. Many locals swim here, but be careful on the rock!

This house is on a quiet street, and is a very short drive to Dock Square. It’s also very close to Kennebunk, close to beaches, and other shopping, and restaurants. We didn’t walk to Dock Square but it certainly is doable if you are used to walking about a mile at a time. The house was very comfortable! It has a large kitchen with an adjacent dining area that easily seats six and could fit more. The beds were comfortable, some of the pillows were a little flat, but there were enough fluffy pillows to go around. This house was one of the cleanest rental houses we’ve ever stayed in! The realty company gets very high marks from us as well. They were unobtrusive when we didn’t need them, and very responsive when we did need them (which wasn’t often, everything worked well!) They also provided excellent recommendations for local attractions including watching sunrise at Drake’s Island Beach in Wells. It was spectacular!
