The best part of this experience was the location of the home. It was less than 1 mile to the heart of downtown and we walked there several times. The home is dated. There were no grill tools and the grill is electric and kept tripping the breaker. There is no central air and the rooms had window units which were very loud. The home had a nice outdoor patio and small fire pit which we used however, was a bit shocked there was no wood provided. We found later in the book they charged 10 for wood. The home did have a washer and dryer however, they were very small and we had to do small loads. Lastly, I emailed our host a couple of times to ask about a possible late checkout and she never replied. Then I emailed the management company used and they told me to reach out to the host. As much as I wanted to give this a 5* rating, I just was not able to.

We had a great visit to Kennebunkport and staying at this charming home. My girls called it a doll house. The owners have furnished everything you need for a comfortable stay… bring yourself and whatever food you need. All the basics are there, including beach chairs, beach towels, and even a couple bikes. The beds were all comfortable, and even though it was warm the day we arrived, the AC units did their job keeping the place cool. We enjoyed the <1 mile walk to town.

Attended a wedding with the family and this was a great house to stay at. Close to everyhting and an easy one mile walk to town.

This property was perfect for my family of 5 adults to stay in for a weekend while in town for a wedding. An easy 2 minute car ride to town, a very clean and orderly house on a beautiful property. Pat and Steve were easily accessible and very kind in welcoming us to their home. Would definitely recommend!
