About this house rental
Welcome to 4 Briarwood! This home is located less than a mile to Dock Square- where you will find restaurants, shops, and stunning views of the Kennebunk River. There are all sidewalks to make the walk family friendly. The spacious yard offers lots of room for activities. Out back you will find a large deck with a BBQ grill and dining set.
The first floor features a kitchen, dining room, living room, kids play room, and a half bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a soaking tub and tile shower. Through a private entrance in the garage is a rec room which has a large tv, 2 couches, and a desk (this room is not heated).
Bedroom #1: King Bed
Bedroom #2: Queen Bed & a pack n' play
Bedroom #3: Queen Bed & bunk bed (2 twin beds)
Sleeps 8 people
Parking is limited to 4 cars max.
Pet fee $150/per pet 2 max
Beach chairs, beach towels, bath towels, and bed linens are included. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!
