Amazing villa, nice pool and pool area.

For a family group it met all our needs and the pool especially became a focal point. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant.

The air conditioning can be expensive in hot weather and probs my no affordable to use as much as one would wish. The initial allowance was used up in 36 hours. The Malta gash disposal is complex and some had to be left in the kitchen as there was not a timely collection. More info and bags would have been useful tailored to actual dates. The was a £50 loss in the paying and refunding of the deposit due to exchange rates. Think this should be part of the overall arrangement.

The house is clean including bathroom and kitchen. The garden with the pool is really nice, but badly needed cleaning, as it was full of dust and bird's poo. Location is great.

If you like to wake up in the morning and enjoy the views from the bedroom - this property is not for you. Villa's description advertises nice views from the bedroom on the top floor, however it doesn't mention that you can only enjoy those views from behind the locked grille door, which is not allowed to be opened. We felt like birds in the cage, its a pity that such an important point is not clearly specified on the Villa's description, to avoid confusion and disappointments. The beautiful garden was left very dirty, all sunbeds were full of dust and the floor was full of bird's poo. It would be nice if the outdoor area was cleaned the same way the house was. The property is advertised as "pet friendly", however after we informed the host about our dog, we were asked to pay 20% on top of the price as a pet fee, which was not clearly specified on the property description. If there are charges for bringing the pet, it should be advertised together with the exact fee amount.
