Lovely spacious property; close to all amenities & on good bus routes for visiting all around Malta. Thoroughly enjoyed stay & minor issues were dealt with promptly by the management. Fantastic to see the sun & the children enjoyed the pool albeit rather cold water at the end of October!

It's not often that you turn up to rental accommodation and it looks exactly like the pictures on the Web but that's exactly the case with The Waterfront!
Modern, well kept and clean accommodation finished to a high standard in a quiet residential area with a fantastic infinity pool, which our kids loved.
We travelled as a company of 5 adults and 2 children for a week's holiday and found that the villa catered for all our needs. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. High quality bedding and towels (both for showering and sunbathing) were provided.
If I'm being really picky the only slight downside is the space poolside can only accommodate 4 sunloungers comfortably which may be a minor issue for larger groups of adults but we never found it to be a problem with alternative space for chairs around the pool area...or the ability to sunbath on the pool side. Views from the pool are fantastic!
The property is 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach of St Thomas, 15 minutes from Marsaskala town centre (and it's many restaurants) and 5 minutes from the bus stop to Valletta (40 mins journey) and beyond should you feel the urge to explore Malta and it's wonderful history. Buses also run to Marsaskala town centre should it be too hot to walk. Whilst Marsaskala is somewhat off the traditional tourist trail there are plenty of things to do within a short distance.
The property owners Rosanne and Ludwig were extremely helpful both prior to and during our stay. Communication was clear and prompt and any very minor issues during our stay were dealt with very quickly. Messages through the HomeAway app were always responded to within an hour. Airport transfers and local taxi's were also organised via the owners with minimal fuss. They could also organise excursions around the island but that's not something we took the opportunity to do.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at The Waterfront and I would have no hesitation recommending the property to anyone planning a trip to Malta.

We were with a group of 12 friends and had the best time at the waterfront villa. It is a beautiful, clean modern villa with nice infinity pool and seaview. The service that Rosanne, Ludwig and their son have given us was amazing. We could call them for everything and they would give us a response very quickly and clear. They also gave us useful information about things to do on the island and information on things like taxi numbers. We also haven’t had any complaints from them or from neighbours during the whole stay which was also very nice and made everything feel like a holiday even more. We highly recommend the villa if you are with a group of people who like to relax at the pool or at the beach but also if you want to go out, because you can easily arrange cabs at any time of the day / night.
