Spacious, clean, it looks surprisingly very much as shown in the ad. Shops nearby. Right at the beach. Decent facilities. We very much enjoyed it with 7 people.
Other groups can be a bit noisy, but usually react positive when approached. Neighborhood is safe and quiet.
