About this villa rental
One of four exquisite design villas at walking distance to marvelous playa Hermosa, in the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica. Refined details in an open-air ambience, swimming pool in every house, water ponds with flowers and a very relaxing tropical mood. The perfect balance between hi-class comfort and warm beach natural vibe. We took great care of interior design and garden development, as well as eco-friendly energy use with LED lighting, solar panels, water recycling bio-filters and more. The villas are fully equipped and we offer housecleaning service every morning, so when you come back from surfing or sunbathing in the pristine beach you will find your villa just like new.

I stayed for a week with family at Casas de Agua and we had an amazing stay. GUIDO YOU AND YOUR STAFF ARE THE BEST! The property manager and staff were attentive to every need and a joy to be around. From checking in to daily house/grounds keeping to in villa massages to ensuring we could covid test onsite to booking transportation. I could go on and on! The level of services provided were beyond what we expected and I can’t thank the staff enough.
The “downtown” area was a short distance away with plenty of options for dining. The beach was also a short walking distance. Definitely recommend a car for getting back and forth into town.

We loved our stay at Casas de Aqua - Villa Aqua Clara. The villa design is clean, modern and beautiful in the way that it seamlessly integrates the outdoors. While authentic for Costa Rica, it is very luxurious with a great layout for families or couples. The pool was a lovely and refreshing central feature. Even with so much open outdoor living space, we were well protected from the afternoon/evening showers that occur in the rainy season. The villa is well-situated and a very short walk to the peaceful beach at Playa Hermosa, which is known for its great surfing. The drive to town (Santa Teresa) is 10-15 minutes. We frequently went there for delicious meals at a wide variety of restaurants. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation.

The villa was perfect in all ways. Fantastic location and relaxing atmosphere. Open air concept is just lovely. One of the best VRBO properties I have rented. Fabulous
