Situated near the top of a hill with views extending over 7 miles, this luxury home’s main focus is outdoor living and spending time with friends and family.
Accessed via the dining room or 2 of the ground floor bedrooms is the 11m x 5m heated pool complete with electric cover and underwater lights.
The pool is surrounded by a large patio area which is enclosed but still has panoramic views over several villages and the river Lot.
There are plenty of sun loungers, a hammock, 3 seater swing, dining tables and chairs, gas bbq and bar.
The bar is equipped with display fridges, wine cooler and ice machine.
The main house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with large baths, showers and toilets and a further toilet.
2 of the bedrooms have 6 foot beds the other 2 are standard doubles.
The main bedroom located on the first floor has a 6 foot water bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The living area is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens, fridge freezer, hob, washing machine, coffee machine and granite work surfaces.
The dining room seats 8 and the lounge has a large corner sofa facing a 65inch curved screen tv with sound surround, free view DVD players and wood burning stove.
If you visit in the cooler months, there is also underfloor heating.
Off the kitchen there is a pool room with some gym equipment.
If you are not driving, the property is easily accessible via Bergerac, Toulouse or Bordeaux airports.
