Private: property 7'000 m2, well-kept garden with lawn, natural pond, swimming pool heated (11 x 5 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.) with alarm system. Paddling pool, outdoor shower, pool house, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Bourg" 14 km, sandy beach "Lac de Lougratte" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, riding stable 5 km. Une magnifique maison de caractère ( un ancien moulin) dans laquelle nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille. Tout est parfaitement pensé : du tire-bouchon au casse-noisette, du frigo dans le pool house aux oreillers supplémentaires dans le placard... Et ce ne sont que des exemples parmi tant d'autres ! Le moulin de rabine est un havre de paix, la maison idéale des vacances...

We had a wonderful stay at this pretty mill. Renovated with a few modern twists. Great to watch the fish through the glass floor in kitchen! Ideal position for exploring the Lot region.

Brilliantly refurbished watermill. My son loved watching the fish in the glass covered river in the kitchen. Wish we could have stayed longer. Was great to drive into the village each morning for fresh bread.

Sehr zu vorkommend und freundlich noch nie so einen Empfang genossen mit Sekt. Übergabe war Problemlos und es gab für alle noch ein Abschiedsgeschenk ein grosses Lob an Madame XXX. Die Garten und Pool Pflege war auch einwandfrei. Insgesamt super Ferien!!!
