Great location didn’t have the breakfast
The duvet cover had 2 what looked like blood spots on.

The location was great. The room was well insulated and you couldn’t hear any noise from thw hallway or from outside, which is rare in most hotels. The bed was very comfortable.
It was a bit overdigitalized. You arrive after a long trip and you need to do the checkin with a computer which you don’t know hit it works. We tried, but then the reservation was not found so a human needed to stepin anyway. The heating in my parents room was not working because of a faulty sensor and we needed to speak 5 times with personnel to get a heater (we got one after many many hours). Another small issue is with the glass bathroom, it does not insulate any noise so it’s a bit strange when you go to the toilet and others are in the room.

Those familiar with CitizenM will find the rooms slightly larger than the US version. The location is a 10 minute walk from Train Station w/ luggage. Good security, with key card scanner for elevator and off each floor lobby.
Again, for those familiar with CitizenM, the restaurant buffet had a little less variety than some other locations. Seating was somewhat awkward for dining and more arranged for the many business meetings which happen there. The whole idea of the chain is self service. While service is there and very good, you will need to seek it out.

The room is very modern and everything is operational with a tablet.
We got a very small room with the bed placed directly under the window. Meaning that if my wife wanted to get out of bed she would need to climb over me.
There is now Shower room. The shower is tiny and facing the toilet, surrounded by glass. Sink is in the room itself.
