La posizione, le dotazioni( pentole, stoviglie in genere) l’aria condiziona indispensabile , la lavatrice . Il bagno bello, nuovo , doccia super , unica cosa posizione sbagliata per il doccino bidet e mancanza di porta salviette per gli asciugamani. La piscina favolosa!
La soluzione del divano letto , scomodissimo per tutto , apri chiudi , materasso di cartone , cuscini finissimi , c’erano altri nell’Armadio ma senza federe! Si potrebbe mettere un letto piazza e mezzo fisso e con i cuscini laterali per fare a mo’ di divano!

Tutto in ordine con il necessario e pulito, comodo alle spiagge di Stintino e ottima piscina con servizio bar a due passi del residence

I liked that it was cheap, and that there were a washing machine. The place has lots of amenities such as beach umbrella , mats etc
I didn’t understand that it was going to be a vacation rental single room. We didn’t see the lady who manages the room, things worked out ok but there were no assistance. The pool just closed the day we arrived, I was disappointed because the pool was the sole reason I chose this place.
