I keep coming back to this place when I spend a few days in Rome. The apartment is very clean and bright, with automatic shutters, a comfortable bed, a coffee setup, and a modern bathroom. It’s located in a beautiful building with an elevator, in a lovely area. I’ll definitely be back

The bed is great and comfortable. Bathroom is clean and shower is great, which also had a bidet. Host was super nice and cleaning staff was respectful and sweet. The TV worked perfectly and there was everything you needed for storage. 10/10 comfy stay.

I am an independent, advanced traveler. What I value is a clean, comfortable, well-situated lodging that allows me to experience life as a local resident (to the degree possible) as a tourist traveler. The Suites 500 Parioli is close to the experience of me having my own apartment in Rome. The host was very attentive via WhatsApp. The housekeeping staff kept the room very clean each day. The location of the lodging was ideal for me - there are great restaurants and shops nearby, but the neighborhood isn't touristy. It's more a local resident district.
There could be a power strip on each side of the bed as there was only one outlet on each side. There was a motion-activated light at the front door / above the bathroom that functioned erratically, turning off when I wanted light, and turning on when I didn't need light.

The communication with the facilitator was quite poor and as a result we did not manage to have the codes to the room on time ending up waiting outside of the building for 1.5h
