About this house rental
Our home is following CDC recommended cleaning and sanitation guidelines, all linens, dishware and utensils are cleaned with epa approved cleaners in between each check out and new arrivals. All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected prior to each guests arrival. We are also following non contact guidelines. You will receive a personal door code for your stay and we will not enter the home except in case of an emergency. If you have any questions about our practices and procedures please feel free contact us. Your safety is our top priority.

This 4 bedroom/2 bath well appointed home comfortably hosts up to 10 guests.
This home has recent upgrades including new flooring, updated private back yard, new energy-efficient toilets, separate air conditioning in the game room and much more!
Upon your arrival, you are welcomed into the spacious great room with vaulted ceiling. The room is furnished with comfortable couches to relax and enjoy over 200 channels on a flat screen tv or a movie on the dvd player.
For your dining pleasure, there is a large dining table which seats eight people plus a breakfast table that seats 4 and has a wonderful view of your PRIVATE, SOUTH FACING screened in pool, and fully fenced private yard.
For the chef in the family, everything you will need can be found in the kitchen to prepare as much, or as little, as you like, including the telephone to order in. It is complete with all major appliances, including a dishwasher, as well as the little things like microwave, toaster and a blender to prepare that chilled tropical drink.
There is plenty of entertainment for the young and old. Enjoy lounging by the screened in pool well into the evening hours while enjoying a snack on the deck. For those with more energy there is a GAME ROOM at your disposal.
The master bedroom boasts a king sized bed and 24 inch flat panel t.v. The attached full en-suite facilities includes direct access to the pool for those late night dips.There is a second master with a queen size bed and flat screen tv.
The two bedrooms separating the masters each contain 2 twin beds and have a Disney theme. One bedroom theme is "Disney Princess" and the other is "Mickey Mouse". Each room has its own flat screen tv.
There is also a Pullout bed available inside the sofa
Included in all rentals is FREE WI-Fi and long distance calling to the U.S.A.
Towels , extra linens, hair dryer, pots, pans, cutlery, and serving wares all provided.
Restaurants, Target, Wal-mart, and local grocery stores all only a few minutes away!.
Grill use is Complimentary.
Pool heat available at EXTRA cost.

House was as described. We had an issue with TV remotes/batteries but the owner was quick to reach back out and help us. It was the perfect size for our family and loved having the pool in the back. The kids lived in it - hopefully the neighbors didn’t mind their yelling! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Loved the space and location of the home. Pool was clean and home overall pretty clean. We had a few issues at Checkin noticing the bbq was in very poor condition. Contacted property manager who arrived promptly the next day with a new bbq!! Definitely would recommend new pillows and mattresses in the kids bedroom. Overall was an enjoyable stay

The staff promptly helped us on every matter. Our house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The location of the home was convenient, every thing I needed I could get around the house.

The communication with the host, Kasia, was great. They answered any questions and provided information well in advance. The home is beautiful upon arrival and looks like the photos. Unfortunately the home is in need of many repairs and a thorough cleaning. The door alarm on the patio door to the pool area they tell you must remain intact and operational per Florida laws does not work and they didn't bother to fix it during our stay (clearly they don't really care if you deactivate it). The home is incredibly noisy and echoes, if you have young kids they will likely be woken up by any movement or talking by adults.
The dishwasher was malfunctioning and had dirty/moldy dishes in it when we arrived. The washing machine's start button was pushed in and had exposed wiring to start it, they did fix the washer and sort of cleaned the dishwasher and claimed it was fixed (we didn't try it again). All of the cabinet hinges creak and squeak very loudly. The ice maker on the fridge is loud enough to hear outside. Be careful leaving as the sprinklers come on and run ALL-DAY, they spray at the entry walkway so you get wet coming and going when they are on, the sprinklers in the back sprays all over
