About this villa rental
Welcome to our charming 4 bed, 2 bath villa in the heart of Kissimmee. It is nestled in the desirable Oak Hill community. Centrally located, it offers quick convenience to shopping at outlets, supermarkets, dining, and all the wonderful Orlando Parks.
It has an open, inviting floorplan with its own gorgeous private pool and deck as well as a games room that is well stocked of games & toys for all ages to enjoy.
You can sleep up to 8 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, catering to all your culinary needs. The kitchen overlooks the living and dining spaces.
The villa has a large screened in northwest facing private pool and deck space. This is a quiet and tranquil place to relax at any time of the day. There is a sheltered area ideal for alfresco dining and sun loungers and comfortable chairs to enjoy the all-day sun. There is an additional fee to have the pool heated.
Our villa features a TV in every bedroom as well as the main living area for those nights in to relax after long days visiting the parks. For recreational activities within your home, there is a pool table in the garage games room and plenty of other activities to entertain the children.
There are 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – King size master ensuite
Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed
Bedroom 3 – 2 Twin size beds
Bedroom 4 – 2 Twin size beds
Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 share a second bathroom.
NO SMOKING allowed within the villa.
Hi speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental
Only small pets or under 40-pound dogs are allowed. There is an additional $150 fee for each animal. Only legal service dogs are exempt; we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged.
The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and overflow parking on the street.
