Unbeatable Location! Our 4 bed / 2 bath villa with a private pool is situated 5-10 miles from the Disney parks and just minutes away from restaurants, shops, and other popular attractions, such as golf and zip lining.
The Space:
Relax and unwind after long park days in this ideal 4 bed / 2 bath villa. Catch rays all day in the south facing private pool and enjoy shaded outdoor picnics/BBQs on the pool deck. Inside, the spacious full kitchen and dining room table allow for memorable family meals. Enjoy the smart TV or just spend quality time together in the cozy living room. Get some well-deserved night's sleep in one of the four bedrooms. The master queen suite has a smart TV and access to the pool deck through the bathroom. Bunk up in one of the two themed twin rooms or enjoy privacy in a solo queen room that has its own smart TV. Don't forget to play family friendly games in the garage or tackle much needed laundry. This villa is designed to suit your wants/needs!
We also have a five bedroom house next door if traveling with a larger group!

The Indian Ridge community is a peaceful neighborhood that prioritizes outdoor activities. The Main Entrance Park is home to tennis courts, a pool, and a children's playground.

Location of villa central to major attractions, shopping, etc.Host was very helpful during the booking and check-in process. Owner may want to consider replacing the carpeting in the dining area with tiles or laminate flooring to aid clean-up, etc.Overall an very enjoyable vacation.

I gave an overall rating of 5 because I know how important they are. The location is great and very close to Disney which is what we needed. The house was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, pans, etc. Some other homes we have stayed in were not as well prepped. There were plenty of pool towels and it was nice to have the washer and dryer. There are only 2 things that were not up to a 5 star. The owners suite bed was SO uncomfortable that we did not get much sleep. Also we brought our dog and we were aware of a pet fee but after we booked we were also charged a pet deposit of $250. We did receive the deposit back quickly after our stay, but this fee was not disclosed on the website. Overall great location and the management was very responsive.

The house and pool were great. Conveniently located by Walmart, Publix, restaurants, etc. Would stay there again.
