About this villa rental
Our recently upgraded and spacious lounge is the ideal place to just relax after a hard day at the theme parks! The comfortable lounge benefits from a 55" Roku television, Playstation 2 and a selection of PS2 games. Our guest computer is also located in the lounge, it has free WiFi and broadband internet for your use. This room also has a book library and a music system for your enjoyment. Patio doors open from the lounge onto our spacious South facing pool deck.
Kitchen
The recently re modelled and well equipped dining kitchen has all you will need and more, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, waffle maker and fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser. Our utility room houses an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
Dining Area
There is a large open plan dining room that seats upto 6 people, this leads into the spacious lounge.
Bedrooms
The villa has two double (one queen bed and one with king) and two spacious twin bedrooms. There are also two cots/pack and play cribs.
The comfortable master suite is light and airy, having patio doors which open out onto the large pool decking and lanai. This room has a king sized bed, smart T.V. with internet access and clock radio alarm. It also has the benefit of a newly remodelled en-suite bathroom with roman tub, separate over sized shower (no step to this) and double vanity unit, which leads into the spacious walk in closet.
The second double bedroom has a queen sized bed, Roku T.V. DVD, and full wall closets for all your holiday attire.
Both of the two twin rooms are equipped with Roku televisions, the first twin is more suited to children, being decorated in a children's theme, equipped with a selection of toys and books, as well as a bed rail (stored in closet should you need it).
The other beautifully appointed twin overlooks the pool and spa, and is thoughtfully furnished having a large closet, wall mounted Roku TV and clock-radio alarm. There is also a second house shower room situated between the other bedrooms with good access from the pool area.
Games Room
The villa benefits from a fantastic fully carpeted games room, equipped with a well lit 7 foot pool table, air hockey, table tennis, foosball, "rollaball" and comfortable seating.
Pool Deck Area
The villa boasts a large south facing pool deck and lanai, on a safety note, the pool doors are fitted with an alarm system to stop youngsters venturing out without supervision. The large 30’ by 15’ swimming pool, has optional gas heating for the winter months, additional fee payable, please enquire for current rate.
The separate spa/hot tub seats 4 people and has a colour changing waterfall, heating for the spa is complimentary. Our pool deck and lanai are furnished with comfortable well padded chairs, table and recliners on which to soak up the best of the Florida sunshine or watch the beautiful sunsets.
A clean gas barbecue for those "al-fresco" meals is also provided free of charge, however the host is not responsible for replacing the gas bottle should this run out, it can easily be exchanged at a local store for less than $30.
The house is fully airconditioned, with the exception of the garage area, the air con can be adjusted by our guests as you desire, however it will NOT run any cooler than 72 degrees, please do not book our home if you require the space to be cooler than this.
***Please note the property has external CCTV in use, at the front path and driveway, also down the sides of the exterior (not on pool deck) ***

The property is nice and clean. It’s very close to Disney, which is nice, especially after long park days! We paid for pool heat, which we learned is programmed for specific hours. It was nice and warm in the afternoon/evening, but unfortunately didn’t run in the early mornings when we were swimming the most. The pool was still usable though. A word of caution for parents, property management is kind enough to give you some washer/dishwasher pods, but they leave them on the appliances within reach of kids. Our son loved the game room.

Very nice beds were super comfortable. Had extra things that were super great to have absolutely didn't need to go out and get anything as far as kitchen utensils towels. Had pool rafts noodles our family had a blast.

The property was exactly as described and exactly what we wanted as a base for our 2nd week in Florida, we loved the rooms and the pool area was so great to relax and have fun. We would definitely recommend and re-book

I’ll start with the good
Pros: 1. Bathrooms are very nice and the location is good.
2. Also nice to have a pool though it has a lot of bugs in it (guessing because of no chlorine)
Cons (2 main and 1 annoyance): 1. The property really needs an exterminator. There is an ant problem in the kitchen. I also killed a lizard in the kitchen and two flies. What was most upsetting about the ants is I was given food by friends that I don’t know when I’ll have a chance to get it again since we live so far away, it was wrapped in foil and when I went to eat it, ants had taken it over.
2. The other main issue with the property was the lack of supplies. There were no hand towels nor wash cloths provided…only 4 bath towels. There was no hand soap nor dish detergent (only 2 dishwasher pods) provided and only 1 roll of paper towels. Guests have to put the trash can and recycling cans out and bring them in (I’ve rented two houses before and never had to do this) and handle collecting household trash and taking it outside but only one extra trash bag was provided.
3. Finally, the thermostat was locked so that it gets really cold several times a day and has to be constantly adjusted.
