A private oasis with Southwest facing, salt water pool, hot tub and beautifully lit landscape are standout features in this spacious and desirable 4 bed/ 3 bath single story home located in a quiet neighborhood less than 5 miles from Disney property! With one of the largest pool decks around, you will find it difficult to leave relaxation and comfort as you lounge in sun or shade on a chaise or on the outdoor sofa. Just steps outside the screened lanai is a BBQ grill. You can enjoy all your meals at a dining table protected by a covered roof, and the 60” poolside TV can be viewed from all angles while unwinding. The ambiance at night with lighting is such a delight for swimming or sipping on your favorite beverage.
Enter Sunkissed Villa by way of a large entrance hall and pass by a formal dining room with table that seats six and a workstation nook. Heading toward the back of the home, you will enter a central living area, kitchen, and breakfast nook all with open views of the pool. The kitchen is well-stocked with all that you may need to cook/bake while on vacation.
Two king master en-suites, each with large bathrooms, are on the left side of the home. Adorably-themed bedrooms with two twin bunk beds in one room and two twin beds in the other, each are located to the right of the central meeting area.
The themed bedrooms share a bath which is accessible from the hallway as well as from the outside lanai and pool. TV’s with Wifi Roku devices are in each bedroom.
As an added bonus, the home has an air-conditioned game room located just off the kitchen with ping pong table, foosball and a miniature shuffleboard table. Additional sofa and large TV are located in the game room as well.
All rooms are heated and cooled and nothing is spared in this home to make your vacation super special.
Convenience and location…it gets no better than this with a 15 minute drive to Disney theme parks and close access to I-4 taking you to all other local attractions. Many grocery and shopping opportunities are just minutes away!
