Villa is comfortable and nicely decorated. Pool is clean, well maintained and a life-saver due to the summer heat/humidity. Air conditioning in the bedrooms worked very well but was not so effective downstairs ~ as the rooms are larger and access onto the outside patio via sliding glass doors lets hot air in (not a criticism just a fact). Good sized fridge freezer; ample utensils and tableware. Beds/bedding comfortable. We all slept well. Well located for trips/touring the island ~ we had a hire car. Lidl supermarket five minutes drive away. Host reachable via WhatsApp. We had a blocked sink on our first day and this was fixed soon after we reported it.
There are detailed instructions/directives for guests which we personally felt were a bit over-the-top. No information about the air conditioning (other than it’s capped at 10 euros a day) and safe box, which would have been far more helpful. The meter for the air conditioning is by the front door so you can monitor usage. We minimised use during the day, put it on in the kitchen for a few hours in the evening and in four bedrooms overnight every night and managed to keep to our allowance. Tip ~ keep some euros to top up the meter if you need to. For the price we paid, we would have expected a better supply of basic necessities e.g. hand soap in all the bathrooms, toilet rolls, bin bags and perhaps a few dishwasher tablets (whilst the villa boasts a dishwasher, there were no tablets supplied and Lidl doesn’t sell these in small quantities). A plastic container for plastic bottles would have been useful. There is some traffic noise from adjacent road ~ with some drivers beeping to alert oncoming vehicles of their approach. This didn’t especially bother us but I mention it in passing as it might impact anyone wanting total peace and quiet.

It was a beautiful farmhouse and relaxing. Can’t imagine in summer. Was big and comforatable.
Altough it is big and nice, we were a bit disappointed as we did not have enough cleaning supplies . And we did not have any excess to the box room. We were a group of ocd people and cleaning is a must in their stay. We did not have any floor wash / did not have enough cloths and even the pallete ( where you pick up dirt while you sweep was broken), beacuse of that we had to go buy cleaning supplies beacuse alot of us were not feeling clean enough. This does not make many sens as we paid for a cleaning fee which was included with the price. So we expected alot more. Especially beacuse it states that if we leave the farmhouse in a mess we would have had to pay a big ammount of money.
