Good place but needs more facilities and amenities to justify the price
It was new, well located and had everything in the kitchen. Igor was a wonderful host with handy tips and quick response. Even though we arrived very late due to heavy traffic, he was accommodating and helped us with a late check in. He was always handy in fulfilling all the requests
Many listed facilities were not available and needed to be requested. I think keeping extra toilet supplies, iron facilities, some kitchen facilities before hand would have made the stay even more easier. One big disappointment for us was that there was no AC’s in the room and only the hall. This made sleeping in the night very difficult. I booked this apartment because it said it has AC but it was not sufficient for such a big house and in the summer it is impossible to sleep. Atleast a fan must have been arranged. In that sense we felt the apartment was very over priced.

Beautiful bay/harbour within walking distance. we found a great restaurant at the top of the hill, great food.

De owner has excellent restaurant recommendations and makes you feel welcome. The whole vibe is incredibely chil.
Public transport can be challenging, so maybe not the best place if you don’t have a car.

The place was exactly as described - nothing was missing, very friendly host and good localization. I highly recommend Apartmani Uwe. Big plus for for a nice swimming pool in front of the building!

Miejsce z basenem a także spokój wieczorem. Blisko do sklepu. Idealne miejsce do wyjazdów na plaże czy na wieczorna kolację. Okolicę Premantura, Banjole, Medulin, Pula to idealne wakacje. Własciciel miły i zawsze pomocny do rozwiązania problemów i odpowiedzi na pytania.
Brak oddzielnych ręczników na basen. W kuchni brak podstawowych rzeczy jak sól pieprz cukier mile widziana oliwa. Kosz na śmieci bez możliwości segregacji odpadów. Łazienka dwie rolki papieru toaletowego dla czterech osob na tydzień to zamało. Więcej sami zostawiliśmy przy zakupie w sklepie. Może to szczegóły ale pierwsza rzecz to zakupy w sklepie.
