It's not necessarily the best price-quality ratio

Clean and location

We were accommodated in an apartment where there was a very unpleasant smell. They sent the plumber but unfortunately the smell persisted, consequently they moved us for that night to an identical apartment, and the next day because the smell persisted and we insisted a lot that we could not stay there with two small children they relocated us to another apartment. I liked the option offered but I did not like that they did it after a lot of insistence on my part. I want to believe that they did not do it because I had the reservation through booking and they were afraid of some negative reviews.

Too expensive for an old outdated place

The reception lady was rude and treated me differently than other people. The hotel is old and outdated,no food, very expensive stay in comparison with other places in area

Location, staff was very friendly and helpful

Property needs renovation, you can see your neighbors sitting next to you on the balcony’s and when they smoke it is not pleasant, especially if you have children. The room needed fixing during our stay and our bedding had holes in it.

Lovely family resort in a calm quiet bay, surrounded by nature

Lovely little family hotel located in a quiet bay, booked a sea view 2 bed apartment - loads of space, really comfy, 2 bathrooms & a large balcony. Gorgeous views over the bay! Hotel is surrounded by some really good, relatively cheap restaurants and bars (check out Nina’s pizzeria and Amo bar!). Loads of space for guests in the restaurant, bar & pool, so no sun bed wars. A few beaches to choose from in walking distance and there’s boat hire right outside the hotel door so you can explore all the little bays. Only took 15 mins by taxi to get into Pula old town, Uber is cheaper than the hotel taxi though!

The bar & evening entertainment were a bit lacklustre but enough other places around if you wanted variety. Bar is situated on a different floor to the pool so you have to go downstairs to get ice creams & drinks but not really an issue.

Good stay

It was clean, loved the view from the balcony and sitting outside in the evenings. The arcade area and pool were nice too.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable. Also the gym wasn’t free to access. The staff did not really explain about the activities and their location in the property.

Good overall facilities (pool, areas, promenade) but has potential to be much better

Close to the sea however there is no good beach around. There are parking options. Pool and relax area are good. Restaurant is fast but food is okay. Bedroom was good.

First experience was in building C first floor. There was no hot water in the shower. After complaints, I was moved to 2nd floor in building C. There was hot water, but shower was terrible and not working properly. In the beginning there were many parking spots and hotel was clean. However as the number of people increased due to holidays, the hotel started to present some cleaning issues and less parking spots available. Supermarket in the hotel doesn’t open as established on the site and signs being close on Sunday and during holiday.

Exceptional

Our vacation was amazing! Great staff, great hotel room, ice creams and drinks, air conditioning in the room was working perfectly, free wifi, great restaurant with perfect steaks and special Macchiato I have never had before! :) We enjoyed the pool which was perfect for family with small kids, we saw many interesting places and beaches. Everyone was kind and friendly. We loved it!

Our holiday was great except for the hot water issue..

The location and the staff were really friendly.

The kitchen had no toaster and the kettle didn’t work. The BIGGEST thing for me was that we booked a 6 sleeper apartment BUT there was NEVER ENOUGH ‚warm‘ water for more than one person to really enjoy their shower and it took FOREVER for the water to heat up again.

Family friendly resort with lots to see and do in the area.

it was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The staff were quick to fix any problems and the location was a short walk to several beaches and restaurants. The animation team ran entertainment and kids club were fantastic.

They let the guests leave their towels on the sun loungers around the pool early and were often unused until the afternoon which is frustrating.

Great short break, Nice room, brilliant location.

The property is right on the sea with great views from the hotel and the 1st floor pool area to the sea and forests. The pool is a good size with plenty of loungers and is very clean. The on-site restaurant is of good quality and there is a convenience store to get a few bits for your room. Plenty of good restaurants local to the property and Pula is not far by car.

The staff generally seemed a little unhappy, grumpy almost. Even the animation team. The pool area is screaming out for somewhere there that you can get a drink, now for sure, you can bring your own I suppose but a bar making drinks would be better... Leaving the area to go downstairs is not so good.
