Location nice, but the hotel needs an upgrade and lacks privacy.

Location, staff was very friendly and helpful

Property needs renovation, you can see your neighbors sitting next to you on the balcony’s and when they smoke it is not pleasant, especially if you have children. The room needed fixing during our stay and our bedding had holes in it.

Для нас расположение отеля было хорошим. В 10 минутах езды на авто до Пулы. Пляжи в близи отеля не самые лучшие, однако небольшой пляж около ресторана с правой стороны был вполне хорошим.

За неделю нашего пребывания у нас ни разу не убирали номер. Заходили сотрудники отеля и просто оставляли чистые полотенца и мусорный пакет. Уровню заявленных 4* это, естественно не соответствует.

Lovely family resort in a calm quiet bay, surrounded by nature

Lovely little family hotel located in a quiet bay, booked a sea view 2 bed apartment - loads of space, really comfy, 2 bathrooms & a large balcony. Gorgeous views over the bay! Hotel is surrounded by some really good, relatively cheap restaurants and bars (check out Nina’s pizzeria and Amo bar!). Loads of space for guests in the restaurant, bar & pool, so no sun bed wars. A few beaches to choose from in walking distance and there’s boat hire right outside the hotel door so you can explore all the little bays. Only took 15 mins by taxi to get into Pula old town, Uber is cheaper than the hotel taxi though!

The bar & evening entertainment were a bit lacklustre but enough other places around if you wanted variety. Bar is situated on a different floor to the pool so you have to go downstairs to get ice creams & drinks but not really an issue.

Schöner Familienurlaub mit Kinderunterhaltung

Besonders gut fanden wir, dass es am Abend Unterhaltung für die Kinder gab – das hat uns als Familie sehr gefallen und war völlig in Ordnung.

Die Hotelzimmer waren etwas klein und man hat gesehen, dass sie schon etwas gebraucht sind, aber es war trotzdem in Ordnung und hat uns den Aufenthalt nicht wirklich gestört.

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, ha bármi kérdésünk volt, azonnal segítettek!

Sajnos a szoba elég koszos volt mikor megérkeztünk, mondhatjuk úgy is, hogy csak úgy volt benne takarítva ahol a papok táncolnak! A reggeli elég unalmas volt pár nap elteltével, nem nagyon volt benne változás. A helyet olyanoknak ajánlom, akik a nyaralás alatt nem akarnak autóba ülni, de nézelődni sem esténként a városban ugyanis itt nem igazán van rá lehetőség. Ellenben nekik nagyon is mivel minden megtalálható egy helyen. Kicsiknek játszótér, tiniknek videó játék terem. Bár és játékterem is!

Good stay

It was clean, loved the view from the balcony and sitting outside in the evenings. The arcade area and pool were nice too.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable. Also the gym wasn’t free to access. The staff did not really explain about the activities and their location in the property.

Bałagan z wymianami ręczników.Prąd w pokoju odłączony 3 godz przed końcem wymeldowania( ogolnie mega słabo) Głośno, gdy tak jak w naszym przypadku trafiliśmy na pokój co prawda z widokiem na morze za który była oczywiście dopłata ale również w tej cenie otrzymaliśmy pokój na pierwszym piętrze z widokiem na basen.Hałas z basenu całymi dniami był free.Ogolna ocena pokoju w skali 1:5 dajemy słabe 2

Отель с очень большим кол-вом детей до 3 лет. Хочется больше чистоты.

Море прямо около отеля, но пляж так себе. Лучше пройти 10 минут до другогл более чистого пляжа. Завтрак все 7 дней одно и тоже. Но выбор не плохой. Очень удобная комната для 2взр+2 детей, есть смежная стенка, которую при надобности очень легко закрыть. Кухонька в номере, сковородки и кастрюли имеются. Все остально свое(специи, продукты, масла). Небольшой холодильник с морозилкой. В отеле имеется магазинчик. Так же есть скромный, но спортзал. Для деток есть игровая комната с автоматами, но за доп.плату. Та же при заезде в ванной было 3бут. лосьёна для тела и 3 бутылочки с гелем для душа. Более пополнений не было(

За 7 ночей в номере постельное не меняли ни разу, так же ни разу не была произведена уборка. Только раз в 2 дня предлагались новые полотенца. Изначально при заезде полотенец в номере вообще не было, на ресепшн по запросы дали короткие, но 6шт)) Из-за отсутствия уборки и наличие продуктов в номере был убит таракан. По балкону бегали постоянно муравьи. Анимация была очень скудная. Не для деток. Не понятно куда выкидывать мусор, каждый номер каждый день выставлял мешки с мусором за дверь номера.

Totul a fost excelent! Curățenie, plaje minunate în apropierea hotelului. Acvariul la vreo 10 km foarte interesant cu multe specii. Mâncarea peste tot foarte bună! ❤️ Piscina hotelului foarte făină!

Good overall facilities (pool, areas, promenade) but has potential to be much better

Close to the sea however there is no good beach around. There are parking options. Pool and relax area are good. Restaurant is fast but food is okay. Bedroom was good.

First experience was in building C first floor. There was no hot water in the shower. After complaints, I was moved to 2nd floor in building C. There was hot water, but shower was terrible and not working properly. In the beginning there were many parking spots and hotel was clean. However as the number of people increased due to holidays, the hotel started to present some cleaning issues and less parking spots available. Supermarket in the hotel doesn’t open as established on the site and signs being close on Sunday and during holiday.

Toch nogal klein. In een van de kamers viel het licht heel vroeg in. Niet te verduisteren. We waren met z’n vieren in een appartement voor zes, zogezegd, en het voelde al klein aan. Het keukentje is ook heel klein. Ons appartement had uitzicht op autobumpers.

War angenehm, aber die Lage war nicht sehr einladend.

Sehr sauber, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Check in & Check out sehr unkompliziert! Pool sehr sauber, und es waren immer liegen frei. Aussicht sehr schön aufs Meer & man kann sich essen und Getränke mitnehmen, Sonnenschirme sind am Bett vorhanden! Kleiner Supermarkt auch ganz toll aber natürlich auch preislich angepasst, sprengt aber nicht den Rahmen. Frückstück an und für sich gut. Frühstück: kann man entweder für den ganzen Aufenthalt buchen ( haben wir so gemacht) oder pro Tag extra bezahlen. Viele nehmen kein Bar Geld mehr, selbst die eiskugel mussten wir mit Karte bezahlen.

Frühstück, immer das selbe, Schinken war kaputt sowie Milch auch zwei mal. Brot hart. Spielhalle‘ totale abzocke, 10€ 6 Token, spiele nach 20 Sekunden vorbei. Eis war auch relativ teuer, eine Kugel 2,80€ war uns aber egal weil man darf sich im Urlaub mal gönnen. Parkplätze sehr eng, ab 22 Uhr keine aus & Einfahrt mehr möglich. Kinderanimation sehr lahm ! Kann man nicht wirklich Animation nennen, für Kinder langweilig, es gibt zwar nen Pool und abseits des Hotels einen kleinen Spielplatz aber mehr Angebote gibt es nicht.

Классный насыщенный отдых благодаря отелю

Великолепный отель, нам очень понравился. Расположение удобное, 15 минут и в торговом центре Мfx City или в центре Пулы. Рядом с отелем в пешей доступности уютный небольшой супермаркет. Направо от отеля тропа 2, 4км вдоль моря, устроили с детьми мини поход, налево от отеля также получилась хорошая прогулка вдоль яхт и на другой берег нашей лагуны. В самом отеле игровая комната, мы каждый день играли в бильярд, настольный теннис, детская площадка, дети иногда забегали поиграть в аниматору, она каждый день работала кроме субботы. Покушать ходили только в рекомендованную пиццерию Nina, пицца там вкусная, есть батут и футбольное маленькое поле для детей. Также недалеко от отеля мы каждый день рыбачили. Кстати, огромное спасибо ресепшену, по их правилам нас должны заселить в 16.00, мы приехали в 12.00 и нас тут же заселили! В общем у нас получился крутой насыщенный отдых в данном отеле, поэтому сердечно рекомендую.

Boa para sair e conhecer outros lugares.

O quarto era para 4 pessoas mas na varanda havia apenas 2 cadeiras. O chuveiro estava quebrado. A vista do quarto foi a mais péssima possível, horrível. A televisão não funcionava a Netflix. O checkin foi demorado mais de 30 min de espera. A piscina é de água gelada.
