Hiša je prostorna in omogoča maksimalno udobje.
Sicer je bila razporeditev drugačna, kot smo je navajeni, a na koncu ni vplivala na udobje. Lastniku dajemo v razmislek, da bi zasenčil teraso v nadstropju, saj je bilo v času kosila pretoplo za uživanje na terasi. Žara ni bilo mogoče prižgati. Čistoča ni bila zadovoljiva, saj so bili na tleh še lasje prejšnih stanovalcev, batiškope v prostorih pa so bile polne praha.

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und hell. Sie ist modern eingerichtet.
Da es während unseres Aufenthalts mehrmals geregnet hat und Gewitterüber die Regionzogen, hätten wir uns einen Esstisch im Inneren gewünscht. Das WLAN war nicht durchgängig stabil.
