The location at the entrance to Cape Kamenjak allows you short trips and adventures in this beautiful area of protected nature. Here you can enjoy clean sea, sun, beautiful bays and beaches, fresh air, beautiful environment and soothing noises of nature. The position in the southernmost and most maritime part of Istria, this magical Croatian region, allows visits to the beautiful Brijuni National Park, UNESCO heritage in Porec, Roman amphitheater in Pula and many other fairytale places in Istria, where you can experience top gastronomic delights of Mediterranean cuisine.The interior of the villa is elegantly furnished and equipped to the finest details. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped open concept kitchen with kitchen island and big, spacious living area, from which you can step on the covered outside kitchen and dining area, just next to the pool, looking at beautiful fenced garden with olive trees. Still on the ground floor there is a wellness room with sauna and lounge chairs for relaxation and a game room where you can play Biliards, Playstation with many video-games or enjoy in your favourite movie, with option to watch it even from the pool. On the upper floor there are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a en-suite bathroom for the privacy of the tenants.. All rooms are connected by a balcony that extends to the terrace with a spacious hi-tech whirlpool. Here you can relax with a massage with over 100 nozzles (hydro and air) and an ambience of 40 lights and your favorite music from the speakers with a subwoofer.The swimming pool is open until 01.12.
